Processing time is constantly changing depending on the current wait list. As a general rule, the Heritage collection is always available, made to order, and will be ready to ship within roughly a week of ordering.
The Wearable Art collection wait varies widely and I keep this updated in the announcement bar on the top of the page and on my social media accounts.

If you're in new zealand you should get your gear within a couple days of postage. Overseas orders take longer to arrive and may take a few weeks.

The more frequently you condition your items, the longer they will last you. Well conditioned leather should last your lifetime. Generally speaking if your dog isn't swimming in salt water very often, you only need to condition your gear seasonally. If they're swimming in salt water you might want to condition them monthly during the swimming seasons. You can tell when your leather needs conditioning as it starts to feel stiff.

Collar sizing is easy. wrap a soft piece of string / rope or their leash around their neck in the position they'd normally wear their collar. Leave enough of a gap to fit a few fingers beneath the string without them being uncomfortable. Measure how long the piece of string is with a measuring tape and let me know! if you're unsure, just get in touch. Every piece is made to order and non-refundable if the sizing was mismeasured so it's important to get it right.

No! I only use solid brass and occasionally stainless steel (on request) hardware specifically so that it won't rust while your dog is out adventuring. Your gear is made to last a lifetime.

Premade products from the Heritage Collection can be returned within 30days of their purchase price at the the customers expense, provided the items haven't been used and are still in brand new condition. This excludes any discounted or sale items in the Archive & Imperfects collection.

Items that are made to order cannot be returned or exchanged as they are specifically customized to your preferences.

I make everything with the intention that they will last your dog their lifetime. If any of the hardware on your gear breaks I will happily repair it for you for only the price of postage, just get in touch via the contact page.

If you keep your leather conditioned this should also last your dog their whole life, however if it is neglected and not adequately conditioned it may become dry and brittle. If this happens, I will do my best to repair it but this will be at your cost.
